Purpose of this code

Supplier Code of Conduct

This code sets minimum conduct expectations for suppliers and partners working with Elyndara so commercial relationships remain credible, lawful, and aligned with the standards of a premium travel brand.

Lawful and Ethical Conduct

Suppliers should conduct business honestly and in compliance with law.

Elyndara expects suppliers to comply with applicable laws, avoid bribery and corruption, maintain accurate records, and engage in commercial practice that is fair and professionally defensible.

  • Improper payments, hidden inducements, and falsified records are not acceptable.
  • Commercial representations should be accurate and supportable.
  • Suppliers should cooperate with reasonable compliance review where required.

Labor and Human Dignity

Worker treatment is part of supplier suitability.

Suppliers should maintain workplaces free from forced labor, child labor where prohibited by law, abusive treatment, and unlawful discrimination. People delivering services within the Elyndara supply chain should be treated with dignity and professional respect.

  • Employment practice should be lawful, fair, and non-abusive.
  • Discrimination, harassment, and coercive treatment are inconsistent with Elyndara standards.
  • Reasonable attention should be given to safe working conditions and appropriate supervision.

Service, Safety, and Quality

Guest-facing suppliers should be operationally reliable and safety-aware.

Hotels, villas, transport providers, guides, and experience partners should maintain the standards necessary to deliver services safely, professionally, and consistently. Reputational polish cannot compensate for weak execution or preventable risk.

  • Guest services should be delivered by properly prepared and competent personnel.
  • Equipment, vehicles, sites, and service conditions should be fit for purpose.
  • Material incidents or repeated service failures should be disclosed and addressed responsibly.

Confidentiality and Data

Private guest and commercial information must be handled with care.

Suppliers may receive access to guest preferences, travel dates, transfer details, pricing, or commercial terms. That information should be protected, shared only where necessary, and used only for legitimate service delivery.
