The Chauffeur Experience Manager is responsible for the quality, consistency, and guest confidence built through Elyndara's road journeys. You will oversee chauffeur expectations, transfer execution, presentation standards, and operational briefing quality.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities and day-to-day focus

  • Define and uphold service standards for chauffeurs, airport transfers, arrival protocols, guest communication, and journey presentation.
  • Lead chauffeur briefings so every driver understands guest preferences, route considerations, stop logic, and service sensitivities.
  • Coordinate with operations teams on vehicle readiness, dispatch timing, handovers, and contingency planning.
  • Monitor feedback and field performance, then coach chauffeurs and transport partners to improve consistency.
  • Review journey-day risks such as long travel times, weather disruptions, special assistance needs, or guest comfort requirements.
  • Contribute to SOPs, quality checks, and premium transport product development as Elyndara expands.

Required Qualifications

What we need to see

  • At least 5 years of experience in transport operations, luxury chauffeur services, premium guest logistics, or hospitality mobility management.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach service standards and hold teams accountable respectfully.
  • Practical understanding of routing, airport handling, journey pacing, and guest comfort expectations.
  • Fluent English communication and confident coordination with hotels, drivers, and internal operations teams.
  • Availability for on-site oversight and time-sensitive travel coordination.
