Responsibilities

Key responsibilities and day-to-day focus

  • Coordinate bespoke guest requests such as dining reservations, celebratory touches, specialist experiences, wellness appointments, and last-minute itinerary refinements.
  • Act as a key point of coordination between hotels, villa teams, chauffeurs, guides, and operational partners when guest needs shift in real time.
  • Maintain concierge-quality destination knowledge covering restaurants, cultural access, premium retail, wellness, special events, and family or couple experiences.
  • Prepare and communicate concise guest notes so service teams understand preferences, sensitivities, milestones, and special handling expectations.
  • Resolve in-destination issues calmly, professionally, and with minimal friction to the guest experience.
  • Track recurring request patterns and partner quality to help Elyndara improve its concierge offering over time.

Required Qualifications

What we need to see

  • At least 3 years of experience in concierge, guest relations, premium hospitality, or high-touch travel support.
  • Strong written and verbal English with composed client-facing communication.
  • Working knowledge of Sri Lanka's luxury hospitality landscape, guest expectations, and service etiquette.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple live requests without losing accuracy or warmth.
  • Comfort working flexible hours when guest needs or operational moments require it.
