Responsibilities

Key responsibilities and day-to-day focus

  • Respond to premium travel enquiries with speed, polish, and consultative curiosity.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand traveller motivations, expectations, budget range, and decision criteria.
  • Work with travel design colleagues to shape proposals that align with both the brief and the commercial opportunity.
  • Present itineraries and pricing with clarity, confidence, and persuasive reasoning rather than generic upselling.
  • Manage follow-up rhythm, objection handling, and conversion strategy without compromising the Elyndara brand tone.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, conversion visibility, and pipeline discipline across open opportunities.

Required Qualifications

What we need to see

  • At least 4 years of experience in premium travel sales, high-ticket hospitality sales, luxury lifestyle services, or consultative client conversion.
  • Strong verbal and written English with polished, credible sales communication.
  • Comfort handling high-value enquiries and complex traveller expectations.
  • Commercial confidence in pricing conversations, follow-up strategy, and booking conversion.
  • Disciplined use of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
