The Partnerships and Hotel Contracting Manager is responsible for growing and managing Elyndara's network of luxury hotels, villas, wellness retreats, transport providers, guides, and specialist experience partners.

The role blends relationship building with commercial discipline. You will be trusted to secure strong terms, maintain supplier quality, and identify the partners who genuinely fit the brand rather than simply filling inventory gaps.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities and day-to-day focus

  • Build and manage relationships with luxury hotels, villa operators, destination specialists, transport providers, and experience partners.
  • Lead commercial negotiations on rates, value adds, release periods, payment terms, and partnership structures.
  • Maintain contracting records, partner notes, and renewal calendars with excellent accuracy.
  • Evaluate new suppliers for brand fit, guest relevance, operational reliability, and commercial potential.
  • Work with travel design and operations teams to understand product performance, recurring partner issues, and new product opportunities.
  • Support destination visits, partner meetings, and product reviews that sharpen Elyndara's market positioning.

Required Qualifications

What we need to see

  • At least 5 years of experience in hotel contracting, partnerships, supplier management, business development, or luxury travel product roles.
  • Strong negotiation capability balanced with relationship maturity and long-term thinking.
  • Understanding of rate structures, contracting mechanics, and operational implications within travel or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Comfort managing multiple partner relationships and commercial follow-ups with discipline.
